From 1988 to 1992, he served as an officer in the Armed Forces of the USSR and then the Russian Federation, and was voluntarily dismissed as a reserve captain.
From 1992-1999, he worked in various positions in commercial organizations.
From 1999 to the present, he has served as Director and Managing Partner of Vynnyk & Partners Law Firm LLC.
Since 1992, he has been involved with the Siberian Center of Ukrainian Culture “Gray Wedge” in Omsk, Russia.
In 2001, he was elected Chairman of the Siberian Center of Ukrainian Culture “Gray Wedge.” He was re-elected several times to this position, which he held until October 2018.
Since 2012, he has been a member of the Board of the Ukrainian Congress of Russia.
In May 2018, he was elected Chairman of the newly created Interregional Public Association Ukrainian Congress in the Russian Federation.
