AFUO to host online event with frontline Ukrainian defenders

The Australian Federation of Ukrainian Organizations (AFUO) invites you to a unique online event featuring a live conversation with Ukrainian defenders currently on the front lines.

It’s the “first time in Australia,” the AFUO said.

The event is co-organized by the AFUO’s Defend Ukraine Appeal, the Ukrainian Youth Association in Sydney, and the Ukrainian community of New South Wales.

“Ukrainian soldiers Viktor “Blacksmith” and Nazar “Kapa”, currently undergoing rehabilitation in Australia, will conduct a live video call with fellow Ukrainian defenders on the frontline, a fundraising auction and question-and-answer session,” the AFUO said.

Participants are encouraged to submit their questions for the Ukrainian soldiers in advance using the following link.

The event will take place on June 1, from 2:30 p.m.to 4:30 p.m. local time.

“What questions do you have for Ukrainian defenders on the frontline? This is your chance to ask them,” the AFUO said.
