
Nataliya Poshyvaylo-Towler, UWC Vice President for Southern and Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Türkiye, and Lebanon, participated in the Second Foreign Investment Congress.
The event took place on May 15-16 in Kyiv, and Poshyvaylo-Towler joined remotely.
She spoke on a panel titled, “Economic Ambassadors: How International Associations Build Trust in Ukraine and Open the Door to Global Capital.”
In her presentation, Poshyvaylo-Towler highlighted the growing economic cooperation between Australia and Ukraine, pointing out promising areas for cooperation and the mutual benefits involved.
She also shared key global priorities of the UWC, focusing on economic diplomacy, empowering the Ukrainian diaspora, and actively advocating for Ukraine’s interests on the international stage.
Poshyvaylo-Towler emphasized the significance of the “Energize Ukraine” initiative, which supports critical energy infrastructure and strengthens the resilience of Ukrainian communities amid the ongoing war.
Concluding her speech, she reaffirmed the UWC’s strong commitment to connecting Ukrainian communities across Southern and Southeast Asia with global opportunities in trade, education, and development, underscoring the importance of unified efforts for Ukraine’s rebuilding and prosperity.
The Second Foreign Investment Congress is a new ongoing platform designed to facilitate communication and cooperation among local communities, foreign investors, international financial institutions, private funds, regional businesses, diplomatic missions, and government agencies.
