Location: Toronto / Hybrid (3 days in office)

You will collaborate with some of the world’s most impactful Ukrainians and friends of Ukraine, together with a small, dedicated staff and a large network of passionate volunteers and influencers, to fulfill this mission.

Your Mission
• Lead Global Fundraising Strategy: Design and execute an ambitious international fundraising plan to raise $25M over three years, ensuring UWC’s sustainability and growth.
• Build Powerful Partnerships: Engage high-value donors including individuals, corporations, and foundations to create alliances that deliver real impact.
• Innovate & Inspire: Launch bold campaigns like Birds of Freedom and Fight Like a Ukrainian and develop new initiatives that capture hearts and drive action.
• Empower a Team: Mentor a small, passionate team and collaborate across departments to deliver measurable results.
• Champion Transparency: Use data-driven insights to report progress, optimize strategies, and maintain donor trust.
What You Bring
• Proven success in fundraising OR sales and marketing (5+ years), ideally in an international NGO or corporate setting.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and a passion for innovation.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities.
• Tech-savvy with fundraising tools and social media.
• Commitment to UWC’s mission and values, with cultural awareness and adaptability.
