Role Description
The UWC is seeking a highly organized individual to support our team with data processing and information management. The Database Management and Cleaning Volunteer will play an important role in ensuring the accuracy, accessibility, and usefulness of our records for daily operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a practical and meaningful contribution to the mission of the UWC. Reliable information systems allow us to communicate effectively, coordinate global initiatives, and better support Ukrainian communities. Your contribution will directly strengthen this foundation.

You will work with several databases: updating records, cleaning and consolidating information, maintaining data structure, and assisting with related projects. Under the guidance of the Director of Public Relations, you will receive clear tasks and play a key role in keeping our information organized and dependable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update, clean, and maintain several organizational databases.
  • Consolidate duplicate or outdated records.
  • Standardize data formats and ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Assist in organizing contact lists, partner information, and community data.
  • Participate in projects to update and improve databases, including data migration, verification, and structural adjustments.
  • Identify issues, gaps, or inaccuracies in data and report them for follow‑up.
  • Adhere to UWC confidentiality and data‑handling protocols.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with spreadsheets, CRM systems, or other data‑management tools; readiness to work with confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems as they arise.
  • Interest in supporting Ukrainian communities and contributing to the global mission of the UWC.
  • Ukrainian language

Time Commitment

  • Flexible schedule; approximately 3–6 hours per week depending on volunteer availability.
  • Both short‑term and long‑term volunteers are welcome.
