President Zelensky outlined a mechanism wherein partner countries would seize Russian assets for transfer to a specially-created fund to compensate victims of Russian aggression.
“We invite partner countries to sign a multilateral agreement and create a mechanism through which each and every one who has suffered from the actions of the Russian army will be able to receive compensation for their losses.
“And Russia will feel the true weight of every missile, every bomb and every projectile it has fired at Ukraine,” stated President Zelensky said in evening address:
