Eugene Czolij: IMF should restart lending to Ukraine

Please be advised that on 31 August 2018, Kyiv Post published an editorial by Ukrainian World Congress (UWC) President Eugene Czolij “Eugene Czolij: IMF should restart lending to Ukraine” (https://www.kyivpost.com/article/opinion/op-ed/imf-should-restart-lending.html) with a request that the IMF reconsider its requirement that gas rates be increased for Ukrainian households as a condition for receipt of the next tranche of funding.
