Three foreigners, Britons Sean Pinner and Aiden Eslin, as well as Moroccan Sadun Brahim, who given the death penalty in the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic on June 9, intend to appeal the court’s decision.
According to the Russian service of the BBC, Pinner’s lawyer Yulia Tserkovnikova said in a comment to a Russian publication that they are preparing an appeal, and, if it is denied – a request for pardon.
