On May 23, 2024 we commemorate the Day of Heroes, a tribute to the valiant defenders of Ukraine’s freedom and sovereignty. On this day, we remember the sacrifices made by the brave men and women throughout Ukraine’s history and those who continue to defend their nation against the current Russian invasion.
The Ukrainian World Congress urges Ukrainian communities to reach out to local officials and call on them to provide Ukraine with the critical military support needed to maintain its independence and protect its citizens. Specifically, anti-missile defense systems to stop Russia’s almost daily missile and drone attacks.
