The Ukrainian World Congress (UWC) joins the international community in condemning the terrorist attack on 22 May 2017 in Manchester, Great Britain, at a concert primarily attended by youth, and children with parents.
The attack claimed the lives of more than twenty people including children, and injured dozens.
On behalf of the 20-million strong Ukrainian diaspora, the UWC expresses sincere condolences to the families of the victims and prays for all of the victims of this horrific act of terrorism.
“The Ukrainian World Congress is appalled by this act of terrorism targeting youth and expresses solidarity with the British people in the wake of this tragedy,” stated UWC President Eugene Czolij.
