Ukrainian World Congress President Eugene Czolij attends inauguration of President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko

 

On 7 June 2014 Ukrainian World Congress (UWC) President Eugene Czolij attended the ceremonial meeting of the Parliament of Ukraine on the occasion of the swearing-in of the newlyelected President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko.

 

During the reception which followed at the Art Arsenal, the UWC President extended greetings to President Petro Poroshenko.

 

“The 20-million strong Ukrainian diaspora led by the Ukrainian World Congress will cooperate with the President of Ukraine to secure the territorial integrity of Ukraine, a quick restoration of peace on Ukrainian territory, the consolidation of Ukrainian society, further democratization, Euro-integration and development of Ukraine,” stated UWC President Eugene Czolij.



JoiningEugene Czolij at inaugural functions were UWC Secretary General, Australian Federation of Ukrainian Organisations ChairmanStefan Romaniw and UWC Vice President, Ukrainian Canadian Congress President Paul Grod.
