On this auspicious day, the Ukrainian World Congress (UWC) and Ukrainians worldwide join the people of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and millions in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and across the Commonwealth in celebrating the Coronation of His Majesty King Charles III and The Queen Consort Camilla.
We sincerely congratulate the Sovereign and the Royal Family on this historical event, deeply rooted in UK’s longstanding traditions, reflecting British national character and values, and filled with joy and hopes for a better future.

In these challenging times, the Sovereign continues to be a champion of unity, peace and freedom that the brave defenders of Ukraine are fighting for on the battlefield,” stated Paul Grod, UWC President.
“Throughout the centuries, Ukrainians have proudly associated with the British Monarchy. Ukrainian diaspora communities have contributed heavily to the development, growth, and prosperity of the United Kingdom and many countries across the Commonwealth, particularly in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. The Royal Family has been a constant presence in the life of millions, offering steadfast leadership and inspiration in times of change, hardship, or uncertainty,” stated Stefan Romaniw, UWC’s First Vice President and Co-Chair of the Australian Federation of Ukrainian Organizations.
Ukrainians are grateful for the Royal Family’s numerous interactions with the Ukrainian communities in Canada and throughout the Commonwealth, the kindness and interest they have always shown, and all the support for Ukraine and its people since the start of Russia’s full-scale genocidal invasion.
