The Ukrainian World Congress (UWC) congratulates Ukrainian community leaders in Estonia, the U.S., Brazil, and the United Kingdom who have been awarded state honors in recognition of their service to Ukraine on the occasion of Unity Day, which took place on Jan. 22.
Through sustained advocacy, professional leadership, and steadfast commitment, these representatives of the global Ukrainian community have forged Ukraine’s international standing, expanded cooperation with partner nations, and amplified Ukraine’s voice on the world stage.
Vira Konyk, president of the Congress of Ukrainians of Estonia, was awarded the Order of Princess Olga, 3rd Class. Natalia Ravlyuk, co-founder and director of Support Ukraine/London EuroMaidan and British-Ukrainian Aid, received the Order of Merit, 3rd Class.
Andrij Dobriansky, director of communications at the Ukrainian Congress Committee of America, was awarded the Order of Merit, 3rd Class. Mirna Slava Voloshyn Kyrylovych, Director of the Museum of the Ukrainian Society of Brazil (SUBRAS), received the Order of Princess Olga, 3rd Class.
The UWC proudly recognizes the contributions of its representatives abroad and reaffirms its support for their ongoing efforts to advance international partnerships, defend Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, and promote a strong and positive image of Ukraine worldwide.
The awards were conferred under Presidential Decree No. 68/2026, signed by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Jan. 22, 2026.
