The Association of Ukrainians in Great Britain (AUGB) has launched a podcast series about the Ukrainian diaspora in the United Kingdom, as reported by the organization. The project already has two episodes.
“We are happy to present you our first episode of the AUGB podcast. The episode is dedicated to the change of the calendar in Ukraine. Why are we changing it, and how do representatives of the Ukrainian diaspora in Great Britain feel about it? We are talking to Fedir Kurlak, General Secretary of the AUGB. We also ask Roman Nazarenko, the head of the Institute of Religion and Society of UCU, for his expert opinion,” AUGB wrote.
The second episode is dedicated to the formation of Ukrainian families in the first generation of the diaspora. “We talked with Iryna Terlecky, AUW Chair and AUGB Board member, about how Ukrainian families were formed in the first generation of the diaspora and how they have managed to support them for the past 78 years,” AUGB wrote.
