According to the US-based Institute for the Study of War, occupiers drove the Ukrainian Armed Forces out of the center of Severodonetsk and destroyed the remaining bridge from Severodonetsk to Lysychansk.

Russian invaders carried out unsuccessful ground assaults, trying to cut off Ukrainian ground lines of communication in the area of Popasna and Bakhmut.

The enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive operations southeast of Izyum and north of Slavyansk and are likely setting conditions for an assault on Siversk.

Russian forces are conducting a limited offensive directly northeast of Kharkiv City in a likely attempt to push Ukrainian forces out of artillery range of Russian rear areas and have secured some successes.

Russian and Ukrainian forces are engaging in ongoing fighting for Davydiv Brid in northwestern Kherson Oblast.

Russian occupation authorities likely staged terrorist activity in Melitopol and Berdyansk for Russia Day on June 12 to discredit Ukraine.

According to Luhansk Governor Serhiy Haiday, the occupiers did not completely capture Severodonetsk as a part of the city is still under Ukrainian control. However, Russian troops destroyed all the bridges between Severodonetsk and Lysychansk. Evacuation and transportation of humanitarian cargo is impossible. People who remain in the city survive in extremely difficult conditions.
