Since Russia’s invasion began, UWC President Paul Grod and UWC leaders have tirelessly advocated for Ukraine across many countries. President Grod has represented the Ukrainian diaspora’s interest at key summits, forums, conferences, and advocacy platforms in Washington, Brussels, London, and beyond. In November 2024, President Grod sought increased support for Ukraine in the parliaments of Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland. He also had high-level meetings with lawmakers in Brazil and Argentina.
