The Ukrainian World Congress (UWC) joins the international community in condemning terrorist attacks on 14 October 2017 in Mogadishu, Somalia.
The attacks claimed the lives of over 270 people and injured 300.
On behalf of the 20-million strong Ukrainian diaspora, the UWC expresses sincere condolences to the families of the victims and prays for all of the victims of these acts of terrorism.
“The Ukrainian World Congress is appalled by these acts of terrorism targeting innocent civilians and expresses solidarity with the Somalian people in the wake of these tragedies,” stated UWC President Eugene Czolij.
