The Ukrainian World Congress (UWC) congratulates Victor Kovalenko, a legendary Ukrainian from Australia and Olympic champion, on receiving the Order of Merit from Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
Australia’s most renowned sailing coach and Olympic champion was honored with this high distinction for his dedication, decades of mentoring athletes, and service to both Ukraine and Australia, the Australian Federation of Ukrainian Organizations (AFUO) reported.
