The UWC President also discussed the deployment of a peacekeeping mission to the Donbas. He also highlighted the global reach of the hybrid aggression of the Russian Federation, which, with its cyberattacks, acts of terrorism, mass disinformation, and interference in the democratic processes of other countries, attempts to destabilize Europe and the world. The UWC President also thanked Poland for recognizing the Holodomor as genocide of the Ukrainian people.
