UWC President Paul Grod to address Ukraine Recovery Conference

The President of the Ukrainian World Congress, Paul Grod, will deliver an address at the Ukraine Recovery Conference, scheduled for June 11-12 in Berlin.

This year, the event will be held under the motto “United in defence. United in recovery. Stronger together.” The discussions at URC2024 will explore four critical areas: the role of business in reconstruction efforts, social recovery and the development of human capital vital for Ukraine’s future, urban and regional recovery strategies, and Ukraine’s path to European Union membership, along with the necessary reforms.

The UWC President will speak on the panel “Stronger Together: Fostering Resilience and Social Inclusion” on June 11 from 14:30 to 15:45. The discussion will focus on societal unity in Ukraine’s reconstruction, key challenges, and priorities for ensuring social cohesion, inclusion, and resilience.

The Ukraine Recovery Conference 2024 continues the annual series of high-level gatherings designed to rally support from the international community for Ukraine’s economic and social stabilization, as well as to address the consequences of the war. The event is expected to draw over 2000 attendees, including politicians, business leaders, civil society members, and municipal representatives.
