A delegation of the Ukrainian World Congress, led by UWC President Paul Grod, visited the command centre of the 2nd Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine “Khartiia” in the east of Ukraine.
The delegation included Andriy Shevchenko, Special Advisor to the UWC; Andrew Potichnyj, Director of the Unite with Ukraine initiative; Christian Borys, founder of Saint Javelin; and Dr. George Huculak, UWC Vice President for Development and Fundraising.
The visit provided an opportunity for substantive discussions with the Corps leadership on the current operational environment, the evolving needs of Ukraine’s defenders, and priorities for future cooperation.
Khartiia expressed its appreciation to the Ukrainian World Congress for its longstanding and systematic material support, particularly in the field of tactical medicine, and its support of Khartiia’s medical service through the “Fight Like a Ukrainian” campaign, as well as for its partnership in advancing Ukraine’s cause on the global stage.
Both sides discussed opportunities to deepen cooperation, future projects and the strengthening of collaboration in areas of shared strategic importance.
The meeting underscored the vital role of sustained partnership between Ukraine’s defence forces, the global Ukrainian community, and international partners in supporting Ukraine’s resilience, security, and long-term victory.
