Since the first days of the full-scale Russian invasion, renowned Ukrainian TV journalist Dmytro Komarov has been in the war’s hottest spots to film true accounts of fighting and life in the de-occupied territories.
Komarov was one of the first journalists to see and film the horrors of the newly liberated Bucha, Irpin, and Gostomel. He saw the first emotions of people immediately after the de-occupation of Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Kherson Oblasts.
This footage formed the basis for the Year documentary, now available in four more languages.
“We have good news from our information front. We have made a professional dubbing of Year in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French. This is just the beginning. We continue to work in the studio on other languages. The world needs to know the truth about the brutal war that Russia has unleashed against Ukraine,” Dmytro Komarov recently wrote on his social media and made a request. – “Please, share if you have friends, acquaintances, partners, and relatives in countries where these languages are spoken. Send the link. Let the whole world see the truth.”
The premiere of Dmytro Komarov’s documentary project Year took place on February 24, 2023, – on the first anniversary of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine.
