Borrell: War at a turning point, EU cannot allow armaments to end in Ukraine

EU Foreign Minister Josep Borrell said that the European Union will not allow a situation where, at a critical moment of hostilities in Donbas, Ukraine will run out of weapons and military equipment,  according to Reuters. Mr Borrell’s statement came after European governments agreed to allocate an additional EUR 500 million to Kyiv.
