Evening in Memory of Anna Kisil to be held in Toronto on March 4

Ukrainians in Toronto will gather for an evening of literature and music in memory of Anna Kisil on Saturday, March 4, 2023, at the Old Mill Toronto. The literature and music evening, titled

“Born to Bring Kindness into the World” will pay tribute to a prominent Ukrainian woman who supported Ukraine and the Ukrainian people and made a special contribution to the development of Ukrainian community life in the diaspora.

Anna Kisil was a UWC Vice President, Chair of the World Federation of Ukrainian Women’s Organizations, co-founder and long-time President of the “Fourth Wave” International Organization of Ukrainian Communities for North America, Member of the Board of Directors of the UCC Toronto Branch, and member of the Canada-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce. She was an extraordinary supporter and powerful voice for Ukrainians in Canada.
