Russia is leaving Kherson. Now they call it expedience rather than “goodwill”

The Russian troops are leaving the Dnipro’s right bank in Kherson Oblast, the new commander of Russian occupation forces in Ukraine, Sergey Surovikin, said, according to UNIAN.

This means the orcs are also leaving the oblast’s capital, the city of Kherson.

“It is expedient to organize defense along the barrier line of the Dnipro River, on its left bank… The decision on defense on the left bank of the Dnipro is not easy, at the same time we will preserve the lives of our soldiers and the combat capability of the troop grouping… The troop maneuver will be carried out shortly,” said Surovikin.

The Russian defense minister, Sergey Shoygu, agreed with Surovikin and ordered to “start withdrawing troops.”

Earlier, when the invaders scuttled from the north of Ukraine and the Snake Island, they called it a “gesture of goodwill.”
