- Luhansk governor Gaidai said enemy occupation forces have brought their signature terror and pillaging to Lysychansk and its twin city Severodonetsk.
- “They are hunting down pro-Ukraine people. They are making deals with collaborators, they are identifying apartments where servicemen lived, breaking in and taking clothing…Everything is being destroyed. Entire book collections in Ukrainian. This is deja vu – 1939 with Nazi Germany.”
- Concerning the state of enemy combat forces in Luhansk Oblast, Governor Haidai reported that they are severely depleted, abandoning their dead and wounded on the field. “They are not taking all their wounded with them. The hospitals are full to bursting as are the morgues.”

- Donetsk regional governor Pavlo Kyrylenko urged all residents of the area to evacuate as soon as possible. “I call on everyone to evacuate. Evacuation saves lives!” He added that Slovyansk and nearby Kramatorsk suffered heavy shelling overnight. “There is no safe place without shelling in the Donetsk region,” warned Mr Kyrylenko.

- Turkiye is holding a Russian-flagged ship in the turkish Black Sea port of Karasu in response to a formal complaint from Ukraine’s prosecutor general that that the 7000 tons of grain in the ship’s hull is Ukraine’s, stolen by Russians from the Ukrainian Black Sea port of Berdyansk.
- The illegal occupation authority of Zaporizhzhya crowed openly about the theft while the Kremlin propaganda mouthpiece and exterior minister lied that it was a Kazakh ship filling an order for Estonia.

- Ukraine projects a grain harvest of 50 million tons in 2022, down from 86 million tons in 2021. Given that the Kremlin is specifically targeting Ukraiian food production in its campaign of terror, we say, Slava Ukraini!
