According to the Ministry of Infrastructure, Ukrainian ports exported the first million tons of food during the 25 days of operation of the “grain corridor”. This is only a third of the volume that Ukraine expects to export in the coming month through ports.
During this period, 44 ships left 3 ports with destinations to 15 countries of the world.
“I am grateful to our partners from the UN and Turkey for their cooperation. I hope that together we will not only maintain the existing dynamics, but also significantly increase the volume of transshipment,” Oleksandr Kubrakov, Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine, commented.
