The Russians continue to plunder the Ukrainian subsoil in the temporarily captured territories. The occupiers plan to “legalize” illegal mining, the National Resistance Center (NRC) reported.
The Russians are preparing to distribute “licenses” to extract minerals in the temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk Oblast.
“This way, the occupation administration has approved a list of minerals for which it is preparing to issue licenses. We are talking about clay, limestone, sand, etc. All these “licenses” have no legal force and are intended only to create the illusion of legitimizing the robbery of the region, which is already happening,” the NRC explained.
Previously, an identical procedure took place in the temporarily occupied territories of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast. The Russians have compiled a list of minerals for looting. The Ministry of Nature of the Russian Federation manages the project of illegal mining of Ukrainian subsoil.
“Everyone involved in the issuance of the “license,” as well as those who are engaged in robbery directly, will bear responsibility for the crimes before the people of Ukraine after the liberation of the captured regions of Ukraine,” the NRC warned.
