Ukrainian World Congress condemns terrorist attack in Stockholm

The Ukrainian World Congress (UWC) joins the international community in condemning the terrorist attack on 7 April 2017 in central Stockholm, Sweden, which claimed the lives of four individuals and injured numerous others.

On behalf of the 20-million strong Ukrainian diaspora, the UWC expresses sincere condolences to the families of the victims and prays for all those who suffered from this act of terrorism.

“The Ukrainian World Congress expresses solidarity with the Swedish people and reiterates its call for strength and unity within the international community in the face of persistent challenges to peace and securityin the world,” stated UWC President Eugene Czolij.
