Ukraine would cut ties with Syria – President Zelensky

In reaction to Syria’s recognition of the illegal Donetsk and Luhansk people’s republics, President Zelensky announced Ukraine would cut ties with the Moscow-friendly country. The president also announced that the government would create a transparent forum for all citizens to understand the steps that must be taken to join the European Union.
