The Netherlands designate Russia as a state sponsor of terrorism

The House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Netherlands called Russia’s actions against the civilian population in Ukraine terrorism, and the aggressor country itself a state sponsor of terrorism, reports Ukrinform with reference to Trouw.

The resolution proposed by an MP from the Green Left was supported by the vast majority of parties, in particular, the People’s Party for Freedom and Democracy, the Progressive Democrats, the Labor Party and the Christian Democratic Party.

It is also mentioned that the vast majority of parties support the government’s policy of maximum possible support for Ukraine in the humanitarian, diplomatic and military spheres.
