The Ukrainian Canadian Congress leaders ranked among Canada’s most influential figures

The Ukrainian Canadian Congress (UCC) leaders, Aleksandra Chyczij, President of the UCC, and Ihor Michalchyshyn, CEO of the UCC, have been recognized by The Hill Times among the top 50 foreign policy leaders in Canada.

“Though cracks have begun to appear in the consensus on military and trade support for Ukraine in Canada, the Ukrainian Canadian Congress (UCC) remains among the fiercest and most-listened to advocacy organizations on the Hill as the country enters its third year of Russian invasion. UCC president Alexandra Chezij and CEO Ihor Michalchyshyn lead a team of advocates for greater contributions to Ukraine and support in its fight, and retain the ear of some of the most important decision makers,” journalists write.

This marks the third time The Hill Times has acknowledged UCC for its strong support of Ukraine in its fight against Russian forces, dedicated advocacy, and reputable standing.
