Ukrainians in Hungary demand to recognize russia as a terrorist state

The Society of Ukrainian Culture in Hungary and the Unity Society organized a powerful protest action on Sunday, August 31, in Budapest.

About 300 Ukrainians and their concerned friends came for the rally in front of the russian embassy. The protest’s goal was to show Hungarian society and the world that Russia is not only an aggressor but also a terrorist state. The crime committed in Olenivka – the deliberate killing of Ukrainian prisoners of war – is one more proof of that.

The organizers called on the world to provide powerful military aid to Ukraine in order to expel the enemy from Ukrainian land. They thanked all the participants in the event and everyone who believes in the victory of Ukraine.

“When the last Ukrainian soldier falls, putin will come for you, Europeans, too! And those who do not believe in the victory of our army will be very surprised because it will certainly come!” said Ukrainian community leader and UWC Executive Committee member Jaroszlawa Hartyani, addressing the rally participants.
