Russia opens police academy in occupied Mariupol to turn youth into “dogs of the regime”

Russia continues to indoctrinate youth in the occupied territories of Ukraine, as it has opened another “militsiya (the police forces) educational institution” in the destroyed city of Mariupol, reported by the National Resistance Center (NRC).

The “educational institution” is a Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs academy branch designed for 400 students. Occupiers plan to commence classes on September 1st. Meanwhile, there will be a department to train officials for special services.

Russia is a typical police country, where working for the Kremlin is the only way to have a perspective in life. That is why the enemy is opening this branch to recruit Ukrainians and turn them into dogs of the regime. It can be stated that the occupiers are once again turning a blind eye to international humanitarian law, which does not allow the recruitment of local people into militaristic organizations,” the NRC reported.

The National Resistance Center called on international legal institutions to pay attention to another Russian crime against humanity. “And to local collaborators, we remind them of the inevitability of responsibility for crimes committed against the state,” the text reads.
