Lugano Declaration & Principles

Participants in the Ukraine Recovery Conference held in Lugano, Switzerland, July 4-5, adopted an outcome document, “Lugano Declaration,” by which they fully committed themselves to “supporting Ukraine throughout its path from early to long-term recovery, and linking this to Ukraine’s European perspective and EU candidate country status.”

The document includes “Lugano Principles” – guiding principles for Ukraine’s recovery process.
