Ukraine needs to get more heavy weapons from NATO countries to resist the Russian invasion – this is the issue to be discussed by the Ukraine Defense Contact Group June 15 at NATO headquarters in Brussels.
This group meets regularly to coordinate the efforts of NATO allies and partners in providing various weapons and military equipment, including heavy weapons for Ukraine.
“Ukraine needs more heavy weapons. NATO allies and partners have provided such weapons and are stepping up these efforts,” according to NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg.
