Ukrainian World Congress condemns desecration of Ukrainian Catholic Church in Sydney, Australia
The Ukrainian World Congress (UWC) condemns the desecration of St. Andrew’s Ukrainian Catholic Church in Sydney, Australia, with graffiti of anti-Ukrainian slogans on the walls of the Church.
The UWC and Ukrainians worldwide are outraged over this racist act and express their solidarity with the Ukrainian community in Australia.
“We call on Australian authorities to act swiftly in order to bring the violators to justice and to ensure that similar heinous crimes are not repeated,” stated UWC President Eugene Czolij.
