UWC and Ukrainian Canadian community leaders meets with Petro and Maryna Poroshenko

On November 18, 2021, The Ukrainian World Congress, the Ukrainian Canadian Congress, and Ukrainian Canadian community leaders met with Petro Poroshenko, V President of Ukraine, leader of the European Solidarity political party, and Maryna Poroshenko.

On the eve of the Halifax Security Forum, we had an opportunity to discuss security and foreign policy challenges, consolidation of the international community to counter the escalating Russian aggression and disinformation, as well as strengthening international support for Ukraine’s Euro-Atlantic aspirations and reforms.
