International organization of Ukrainian communities “Chetverta khvylia” (Fourth Wave) celebrates 15th anniversary

The celebration of the 15th anniversary of the international organization of Ukrainian communities “Chetverta khvylia” (Fourth Wave) in Toronto united members, friends and guests in sharing successes and planning for the future.

“Chetverta khvylia” realizes various cultural-educational, informational and charitable projects. Among the most notable are the children’s marathon “Children of Toronto for orphans in Ukraine” and world soccer championships for diaspora teams.

Members were congratulated by leaders of many local, national and international organizations. UWC Second Vice President Anna Kisil extended greetings on behalf of the Ukrainian World Congress.
