UKRAINIAN WORLD CONGRESS EXPRESSES CONDOLENCES
FOLLOWING TRAFFIC ACCIDENT IN UKRAINE
The Ukrainian World Congress has expressed condolences to the families and friends of the victims of a traffic accident which involved a bus colliding with a train at a railway crossing. 43 passengers including three children died in the collision, which occurred on October 12 near the village of Marhanets, Dnipropetrovsk region. Ten people were hospitalized with serious injuries.
“On October 13 the Ukrainian diaspora mourns with the nation in Ukraine while praying for the souls of the victims and a quick recovery for the injured of this tragedy,” stated UWC President Eugene Czolij.
