Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andriy Rudenko let the world know that the Kremlin has called a halt to negotiations “in any form” and blamed it on a Ukrainian withdrawal.
Advisor to the Office of the president Mikhail Podoliak predicted that, “The process of negotiations between Ukraine and Russia has been suspended. However, it will be resumed, and, in my opinion, Zelensky will be the moderator.” Mr Podoliak noted that Ukraine will not give anything away, including to save Putin’s face.
